  • How to resolve project-related conflicts;
  • When project managers have negotiating power and when they don't;
  • How project managers can take control of the negotiating process;
  • How to negotiate change orders and modifications;
  • How to negotiate against deadlines;
  • Problem indicators that need to be negotiated early; and
  • Problems unique to project management.
